We are updating our process for listing provider requests by transitioning to our Brittco web-based software. Rather than posting requests on our website or sending mass emails, they will now be accessible through this platform. To continue receiving notifications for new requests, please complete the "Access Requested: MCBDD’s Brittco Software" form. Upon receipt and verification of your submission, you will receive instructions on accessing the system.
For agency providers, we recommend designating two staff members as admins on the form. This ensures uninterrupted access to the system, especially during staff turnover. Periodic validation of provider staff and email addresses will occur, removing individuals with invalid emails from the system. Admins will have the capability to update staffing information and customize notification preferences, including how and when notifications are received, and the specific types of services they wish to be notified about.
Looking ahead, we aim to grant access to ISP plans and enable submission and viewing of incident reports for the individuals you serve.
