The Board consists of seven members, five of whom have been appointed by the board of county commissioners and two of whom have been appointed by the probate judge in Madison County. All appointments are for terms of four (4) years, serving up to three consecutive terms.
The Board is responsible for governing the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the agency. Regular 2019 Board Meetings will be held the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
Exceptions may be made for holidays and/or for special meetings. Additionally, there will be no Board meetings scheduled in June or July.
