MEET YOUR MADISON COUNTY EARLY INTERVENTION TEAM:

Early Intervention Service Coordinators:

Your Early Intervention Service Coordinator will guide your family through evaluation and assessment process, schedule IFSP meetings, and assist you to locate needed and/or desired services, supports, and resources.  Your EI service coordinator is one of your main contacts while your family is in Early Intervention.

​Amanda Morgan-Amanda Morgan has worked in Early Intervention for the past 16 years and loves working with young children and families.  She is the Program Manager and Service Coordinator for Madison County Help Me Grow as well as a Developmental Specialist.  She has two boys who keep her very busy with their sports and extracurricular activities

Rebekah Petit- Rebekah graduated from The University of Akron with a BA in Child and Family Development.  She has been working as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator since 2006. She currently is a Service Coordinator with Madison County Help Me Grow/Early Intervention. She has a strong understanding of child development and has much experience working with children who have various delays and disabilities.  Rebekah and her husband have two sons.  She enjoys watching and attending sporting events with her family.

Developmental Specialist:

Julie Anthony- Julie has been working in the field of Early Intervention since 1998. She works for the Madison County Board of Developmental Disabilities and her office is located at Fairhaven School, 510 Elm Street. Julie has knowledge in all areas of development including play skills, social emotional, communication, and motor.  She is a graduate of Wittenberg University.  Julie and her husband live in the country and are both Madison County residents.  

Speech/Language Pathologist:

Adrienne James-Adrienne earned her M.A. degree from University of Cincinnati in Speech-Language Pathology.  She works full time for Madison Champaign Educational Service Center, providing Early Intervention services in Madison County as well as speech-language services for students attending Fairhaven Preschool and London’s middle school multiple disabilities classroom.  Adrienne has experience in the areas of articulation and phonological disorders, apraxia, receptive and expressive language delay, fluency and pragmatic language.  Adrienne and her husband enjoy their large family and attending basketball games, baseball games, band competitions, power-lifting and swim meets with their children.

Physical Therapist:

Vicki Herr-Vicki has been a pediatric physical therapist for over 30 years, focusing on home based early intervention for the past 10.  Co-founder of ABC Therapies, Inc. in 1991, she earned her clinical doctorate in 2012.  Vicki has a special interest in working with medically complex babies.  When not working she enjoys hiking, crafting and spending time with friends and family.  

Occupational Therapist:

Kristi Borger- Kristi Borger is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from The Ohio State University in 1992.  She has worked with children since then in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, school-based, and Early Intervention.  Kristi has extensive training in the area of sensory integration.  She has two children, a son who attends Wright State University and a daughter in graduate school at University of Kentucky.  Kristi lives in Springfield and enjoys reading, travel, and dance.
